Mission
We’re passionate about building usable software that makes a difference to our customers’ lives. We want to rid the process of paperwork and help people get things done quicker and more efficiently using our software. We want more new teachers to enter the Education system easily so our schools create a great environment for our children to learn and be successful.
Who We Are
We’re Evolution, a small group of developers who have been working with the Education community for over 18 years to make the statutory induction process much easier for all concerned. After all that time, Gareth and Richard have got to know a lot about the challenges that Appropriate Bodies and the Induction Leads face to get ECTs through induction. We pride ourselves on delivering the best system available for managing ECT induction and are continually improving it to ensure it remains so.

Why We Built NQT Manager (now known as ECT Manager)
NQT Manager was developed to help a major Appropriate Body manage the ever-growing workload that NQT Managers had to deal with. We listened to their needs and worked with them to solve many of the day-to-day issues that add to their workload.
We recognised that there is a huge amount of paperwork involved in NQT induction. There are so many people to keep in the loop. The Regulatory Body has plenty of demands and there are NQTs, Tutors and School Contacts who all need help, advice and information. It’s a serious task to say the least!
So, we went about creating a system that took away the paperwork wherever we could, that helped everyone involved in the process to communicate easily with each other, and automated processes that NQT Induction Managers were carrying out manually.
We want to allow Appropriate Bodies and perhaps even more importantly ECTs, to concentrate on getting through induction rather than worrying about all the administrative tasks involved.
Everything we do is designed to help you get more ECTs through the process with a lot less work and the ability to provide a much better experience.
